if ur gf wans to make u happy and go on pills....but miss a few dose and got pregnant. whose fault is it??

Its both of your fault. You should have checked with her to see if she was on top of it everytime. You have a responsibility to the child to come so you need to start figuring out what you are going to do in the future.

Well from a woman point of view, i will have to say its her fault specially if you guys dont wanna have children at this point. iam taking birth control pills and i make shure i dont miss any dose, if i do i make shure to take it as soon as i remember. A man is not responsible 4 reminding his woman every day if she took her pill or not! and if she is taking it to make you happy then she should make shure she dont miss any. As for u i will say if you dont trust her when it comes to that, then make shure u use a condom.
it may not be what you prefer to do but hopefully that way she will get the message

Its strange that your gf had to go on pills (ie. take on the responsibility for contraception) to make you happy. It makes me wonder on the maturity of both of you.
As with most of the answers above, I would also say its both responsibility. There's no point in analysing whose fault but rather on what to do next.

It take two to tango. To get pregnant, you contribute the sperm and she contributes the egg. Without either one, it can't happen.
Birth Control is both person's responsibility. The Friend of the court doesn't care who was at fault!

Yours and hers. Birth control is not only the woman's responsibility, and even if she hadn't missed any doses, there's a slim possibility she could get pregnant anyway. I know of two women who were on the pill regularly and they got pregnant.

Fault??? Get a grip! Takes two (2) to tango pal! Now it's gonna take two (2) for the responsibility....you helped!!! She didn't get pregnant all on her own! Pills are not 100% protection anyway...soo.....who's fault is it??

both of you are to blame. her for not taking her pills, and you for believing that pills were 100% effective, whether you take them or not.
now, stop placing blame and figure out what you 2 are going to do about it. you're going to be a father for christ's sake!

Her for not remembering. You need to tell her that you dont want to have this kid and either get an abortion or we cant be together, only if youre not ready for this kid. If so, then stick with her either way.
