Actually in my experience the hardest thing for them is one of the simplest--an espresso macchiato. Apparently no one but me ever orders it. I always have to explain to a new person how to make it--and how to ring it up. And then sometimes I still have to hand them back the caramel macchiato they try to give me. Or the latte.

AND TO THE PERSON ABOVE WHO GETS THEIR "NEWS" FROM INTERNET SPAM EMAIL: The rumor that Starbucks refuses to send coffee to Iraq because they don't support the war is totally false. Why don't you take two seconds to do a Google search before you go slandering people?

Order a decaf blended drink. All of their Blended drinks like the peppermint and eggnog, etc start with a caffeinated coffee base. I ordered a decaf yesterday and it took TWO employees to figure out how to make it.

Tall with whipped, no foam, extra hot, no fat caramel machiato. Best I can do for you. The fact of having the whipped cream, and no fat should make it interesting for your friend

I banned Starbucks and so should everyone else. they would not send coffee over to the troops even tho they said it was their favorite. Starbucks said they do not support the war. so screw them, I hope they go under and close.
