I did not know that if you took one it went on through.... is that so/??

I'll temper this,yes. But I often don't eat a balanced diet. Most multi-vitamins are water soluble. It is said that America has the richest urine in the world. In other words, if not needed, it passes on through. You could write a Doctoral Thesis on this you know !

Yes, I do take one. I'm on a diet and want to make sure I get all the nutrients I need, especially with flu season coming up.
