i mean i really like him and alot of ppl say he is really shy..and thats prob why he wont talk to me and they all said that i should make the move or sumthin but i dk wut to do....should i call him or not..to find out if he tryuely likes me and stuff..or should i just try and talk to him and believe all of my friends when they say that he likes me..and then when i get to kno him ask him out!!..HELP!!

that sounds soo complicated and volatile. I mean that would want to extremely weigh down your bf in case you dated their kinfolk member. you should purely drop them both and locate something else. no matter if that is meant to be between his cousin and also you... sometime contained in the destiny you'll meet up again and then artwork your way from there. for now i recommend you locate somebody else.

try talking to him, and you should be able to tell if he likes you. or, if your positive he likes you then let him know you like him
