I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. What's the rush? If you don't have a plan for losing, you won't have the skills to keep it off.
Your best bet is low calories and low carbs. Skip bread, pasta, rice, sugar, potatoes and soda.
But remember, if you don't make permanent changes, you'll regain the weight you lose.

weight watchers has the best diet out there. Nutrisystem is a good one too but it's to damn expensive
