Good luck getting one for free. Try finding out where it was originally purchased, call their customer service line, and then they may be able to direct you to where you may get the manual.

I worked at Sears for a while and we often had to find customers manuals. We would call the Sears service center and they could usually fish the right one up.

I tried the website: http://www.kenwoodusa.com/
I searched your product number and it did not have any results. You can contact the Kenwood corporation directly by phone at (310) 639-9000 or toll free 1-800-KENWOOD (536-9663)

Try their web-site and see if you can still download a user manual from kenwood.com if it is still available. That is what I did when I was looking to see if their receivers had features that I needed. Be advised. Kenwood has gone through some (not so good) changes, so I don't know if you still can do this. I can only say, try it.

If your receiver has a pre out for a subwoofer then there should be no problem at all. The receiver will not be using it's power amp to drive the subwoofer anyway. Hope this will help you out.
