If you are active in sports, make sure that you are working hard 4-5 days a week, for at least 30 minutes. It seems like you do a lot, but some people think that 15 minutes a day is a lot of exercise, and it isn't.

Instead of going on a diet, focus your exercise, and keep a food diary. Write down everything you eat, and how much. If you aren't losing any pounds or inches, then start adding up those calories to see whether you really are eating as much as you should. People don’t always notice how much they eat, their tummy and hips keep track of every extra calorie. Putting it down in writing helps you stay focused on eating healthier.

Well, staying so active means you have a lot of muscle mass. The only way you will "lose" weight is to stop your activities. Then you will lose muscle mass, which will translate into lost pounds. However, this is not the way to go. Instead, don't pay attention to your weight but focus more on how your clothes fit. I know it is nice to see the scale go down, but it really is not the only way to look good. Other than that, focus on eating natural foods (no processed or fast foods whatsoever,) and no eating 3 hours before you go to bed. Incorporating some cardio exercise (such as the treadmill or taking a walk,) should also help.

By the way, your weight seems fine. Just keep yourself healthy. Good luck!

your weight should be at the most of 124 pounds for you height unless you are big boned. twenty pounds is a lot harder to lose for someone thin because it is harder fat to loose.

try baking your dinners and draining the fat, drinking zero calorie drinks or water, going for walks, and even counting calories. someone should only eat 1800 to 2000 calories a day. try all the nonfattening junk foods or eat fruit. keep fruit ready to eat at all times and that is what you will grab when you are in a hurry or up late at night getting the munchies.
