Frozen veggies cooked in a pan with some olive oil. Add some seasonings if you have.

Cover the chicken breasts with 1/3 of the onion soup mix (prepared) and bake in the oven.

Boil the rotini noodles. Serve the chicken breasts over the noodles.

Take the chicken drippings and the other 2/3 of the onion soup mix (prepared) and heat on a saucepan til they thicken. You can add this to the noodles as a sauce. Sprinkle some of your cheese on top! The veggies are your side dish.

Mix the onion soup mix with a little water, and marinate the chicken breasts for twenty minutes.
Then chop the chicken breasts and saute. Boil the noodles, and add the frozen vegetables to the boiling water near the end.
Drain the cooked noodles and pasta. Then mix it with the sauteed chicken.
Place in a baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese blend, and put under the broiler until the cheese is brown and melty.
Buon Appetito!

YUM! This is a one-pan, quick suggestion

Cook the rotini noodles in onion soup mix and water (use frying pan)While noodles are cooking, cube the chicken breasts and add (let the water cook down) When the noodles are almost done, add frozen veggies on top (barely cook)
Top with shredded Italian blend cheese and serve

Voila - Sounds great! You'll have a good dinner.

Let's see;
Cook the noodles, set aside.
Fry up the breasts, about 10 minutes per side.
Make the onion soup - when it's hot put the noodles in it.
Put the breasts in an oven safe pan, sprinkle cheese on them, and put under the broiler till cheese is bubbly.
Make your frozen veggies for a side, put cheese on 'em too if you want!
So there's onion-noodle soup, cheesy chicken, and a side of veggies.
Or slice up the chicken (cooked), and add that to the soup as well as some veggies. Then it's a one bowl dinner.
Enjoy!

Put the chicken breasts in a crock pot with the soup mix and just enough water to cover the chicken. (Or do it on the stove top if you're in a hurry.) When the chicken is cooked through add in the frozen veggies and noodles until they are tender. Sprinkle the cheese on top when you're ready to serve. Sounds good to me. Good luck!

Chicken and Vegetable Toss

3 cups uncooked rotini noodles
3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Package frozen vegetables (really don't matter what type)
1/2 packet of onion soup mix
1/4 cup of water
1 teaspoon pepper (*if you don't have pepper -- add the remainder of the onion soup mix but make sure to remove the dried onions --- use only the powder)
1 cup shredded cheese (adjust to your liking)

1. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
2. While pasta is cooking, spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in skillet 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown.
3. Stir veggies, water onion soup mix and pepper(*) into chicken; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in center and vegetables are crisp-tender.
4. Stir pasta and shredded cheese into chicken mixture; cook until hot.

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU OUT.

Cook the noodles until desired tenderness.
cut the chicken into cubes and fry them until cooked.
mix together chicken, veggies and pasta in a oven safe dish
cover with cheese and bake @ 350 degrees for half an hour.
Forget about the onion mix it will make it taste bad. Use salt and pepper on the chicken while cooking, (if you can afford it)
