It is the final one but dont download it yet.....there will be security flaws found within a few months....don't download it unless you want your computer to become a hacker's paradise....

Microsoft has the final version of IE 7 available from their website. Most other places are still offering only the beta versions.

Yes it's the final. However a lot of people have trouble with it. I don't suggest you to install it.
