i don't know.. hmm lets think about this..

you have:

segal- aikido master in real life, he doesn't just play one on tv.. great at close quarters, beautiful splashing hands, etc..

van damm- kickboxing extrodanaire, was champ in belgium before coming to the US. amazing kicking ability and rediculous flexibility and speed...

jet li- you have wushu champ who's intergrated multiple chinese arts and japanese arts into his arsenal, he's fast, agile, slippery and extremely skilled..

bruce lee- the most iconic martial artist in history, he perfected the art of adaptation, learning everything from western style boxing to juijitsu. he was fast, agile, powerful and a smart fighter..

given the match ups i'd have to say that jet and bruce would dominate, just because the arts that they come from are based on the idea of adapting to you're opponents style and in turn he defeats himself..

not taking anything away from segal and van damm.. these four men are exceptional martial artists that have been able to bring their art into the mainstream for the rest of us to enjoy..

They are all actors who dabble in martial arts. Pro fighters fight for real and for money and will win against people who are mostly actors. Ethnicity doesn't matter but weight does: on average any lightweight will have more difficulty against a heavyweight than any lightweight.
