Well that depends on if they do that with everyone and/or all new people or just that one person... If they do it with everyone - I wouldn't worry about it it may just be how they handle something different in their territory or with you. But if its just that one person, every time they are around and no one else then possibly a red flag.
It just depends on the animal they may just be telling you to pay closer attention to this person cause they think there is something 'off' about them, either that or they are just jealous.
I had a dog would do something similar but only with certain people and after a while I started paying better attention to his instincts cause he was right most of the time about the people he liked and didn't like.
Animals have emotions like the rest of us they just show it different and their instincts are better than ours when it comes to things we can't see right off the bat.

Your pets may feel an ownership of you that is threatened by this new person. It might just be your surge of hormones around her that started off the dog which upset the bird and the dog and the bird upset might have put the fish in a panic.

I've never seen fish frantic. So, I'm thinking that that might be a sign that your date might not be "the one." And plus, you don't want to have to hold off your parakeet each time your girlfriend comes over.

Do you know her that well? It may be that your pets sense something. Like fear. And it could be a Red Flag. But your not going to get any info if you ask him or her. That's gonna get you nowhere.

Yes.
Actually not necessarily. Your pets could be detecting an underlying health condition for example some dogs can "feel" if a person has cancer.

Yes. Pets have good instincts. My kitten is nice to everyone, but when my sister's stupid POS ex boyfriend came over, she ran and hid, and I tried to get her to come out and she refused. Animals know when someone is a dud.

I wouldn't take the risk. Animal instinct is mostly right. She could have STD and your dog smell it miles away.

Umm...since it was unanimous, I would think yes, get away as soon as you can! Animals know far more than we give them credit!

They're just jealous you're going to sleep with someone else besides them.
