How do I record from an Integrated Digital TV?

How do I connect my integrated Digital TV to my standard VCR in order to record the digital freeview channels. The TV has two scarts, one is RGB. The VCR has two scarts.

One TV scart will be outputing the digital signal, just connect it to your VCR, select AV1 or whatever on the VCR and hit record.

If it doesn't work, go into the tv menu and set the output signal on the av scart to TV or something similar.

make sure its on cable tv.
