get to know him first, say hello and leave do in a proper manner though. dont let him know you are crazy over him because this can scare the guy away. then when you get to know him well enough, if he's interested with you i guess he will ask you out and then let things goes accordingly

Talk to him. Ask him if he likes you, and be very blunt about it. Sleeping with him could help.
