I hate to say it... but the best one that I have found is a package at the store called "2 ALARM", you can add as much meat as you want and all the stuff is in the package all you do is a 8 oz of tomato sauce and 2 cans (use the cans from the tomato sauce) water... it has the directions on the package.

Quick easy chili.

Brown some ground meat, however much and whatever kind you want. Chop some onion and cook w/ the beef. Take off any excess fat.

Then you take a can of whole peeled tomatoes (w/ juice), a can of red kidney beans (rinsed) and a can of light red kidney beans (rinsed) and dump it in w/ the cooked beef/onions. Add 1/2 cup water, salt, pepper and chili powder to taste and let it simmer a little while until it thickens a little bit. The chili powder will help w/ thickening.

You may need to adjust the water depending on how much meat you use.

All-American Chili:

6 ounces hot turkey Italian sausage
2 cups chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
8 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound ground sirloin
1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cumin
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 bay leaves
1 1/4 cups Merlot or other fruity red wine
2 (28-ounce) cans whole tomatoes, undrained and coarsely chopped
2 (15-ounce) cans kidney beans, drained
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese

Heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Remove casings from sausage. Add sausage, onion, and the next 4 ingredients (onion through jalapeño) to pan; cook 8 minutes or until sausage and beef are browned, stirring to crumble.

Add chili powder and the next 7 ingredients (chili powder through bay leaves), and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in wine, tomatoes, and kidney beans; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Uncover and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Discard the bay leaves. Sprinkle each serving with cheddar cheese.

Note: Like most chilis, this version tastes even better the next day.

Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 1 1/4 cups chili and 1 tablespoon cheese)

This one is easy and very good!
2lbs of ground beef(or more if you want!!)
salt, pepper,and chopped onions(about 1 medium)
Brown meat(with salt,pep and onions)
When almost done add chopped green pepper(I usually use 1 big one)
Drain fat.
Throw in a can or 2 of mushrooms.
Add 3 cans of Campbells Tomato soup,
about 1 tablespoon of Chili Powder(more if you want it hotter!!) and Tomato juice(till it's the consistency you want).
I usually let it simmer on low for a few hours.
Enjoy!
