Please excuse my typeing error "should" I boil my red potatoes w/skins on ,let cool,and add sweet pickles,onions,boiled eggs,celery,dash of mustard,clove of garlic and chop up with potatoes add salad dressing or mayo.How do you do yours??

salad dressing is sweet i use mayonnaise in mine
8 potatoes
mayonnaise
a little mustard
3 eggs
sweet salad cubes (pickles)

my kids dont like the onions or sweet cubes in their so i sometimes just put a little onion powder and the juice from the salad cubes and they like eggs so i sometimes just put 5 eggs in it

That's a good recipe if you like your potato salad sweet. I prefer mine a little tart. Boil the potato's in the skins and cool as you said. I add eggs, sliced black olives, bacon crumbles, scallions, mayo, mustard, salt and pepper, a tbsp or two of white vinegar. Lots of flavor

the difference between salad cream and mayonnaise is that eggs are added to mayonnaise.

Potato Salad is usually made with mayonnaise which is much thicker, then just add seasonings.
