All of the commandments are equally hard to keep. I'm sure many Christians are quite confident that they've never murdered or committed adultery...at least not physically. I am guilty of breaking all the commandments, especially murder and adultery...but God is guiding me and we're working on it!

The bible is clear that if you hate your brother you have already murdered him in your heart. If you look at someone with lust you have already committed adultery with them in your heart.

That's a great question - but I think they're all tough to keep - I guess that's the reason they're called the ten commandments.
#7 is a bit of a stinker - because when we become frustrated, angry or upset - the tendency to take the Lord's name in vain is all too easy. But #10 is also difficult because even the churches don't adhere to that one - keeping the Sabbath holy.
I lived in a place where the churches all revamped their times of worship to suit the skiiers. Earlier church services meant earlier times on the slopes.

Thou shalt not wear clothes with mixed fibers is difficult. It is hard to find 100% pure cotton nowdays.

The commandment against usury is difficult as well since you need credit cards for so many online purchases or to make hotel reservations.

Many people obviously also have problems with the commandment to not work on the sabbath. Without those people working we wouldn't be able to watch NFL football.

Many of the commandments now are illegal. We can no longer kill witches, stone disobediant children, or kill homosexuals like we used to be able to.

Thou shalt not have any other Gods before me. I think this is the one biggy. Before we break any other Commandment we say to ourselves that we just decided that WE were God because we were going to break this commandment.

The one that Jesus gave ... "I would that you love one another"

Loving God comes pretty easy for me, following the 10 original ones isn't all that hard, but that one Jesus gave us Christians is very very difficult for me. Mainly because my nature is cynical and sarcastic and in all honesty, most people I've ever come across are very unlovely lol

I suspect that will vary depending on the individual; but I remember reading someplace that Catholic priests say that they almost never hear anyone confess to coveting in the confessional.

You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

Some people make this very hard to do. I have a very hard time being kind and considerate to someone who is rude, mean, selfish and inconsiderate.
