Don't listen to all these spammers. I was 248 8 weeks ago and am now 218 (30 pounds).
My goal is 190 (I'm 5' 11").
I am on a high protein diet and exercise daily. Here's and example of what I eat.
Breakfast (5AM) - 2/3 Cup Nonfat Yogurt with blueberries and 1/3 scoop Protein powder.
Snack (9:30AM) - 1 triangle Laughing Cow Light Cheese, 1 Apple.
Lunch (11:30-Noon) - Chicken Breast and vegetables or Salad.
Snack (2:30-3:00) - 1 Triangle Laughing Cow Light Cheese, 1/3 protein bar.
Dinner- (5ish)- Steak, Pork chop, chicken breast, fish etc with Salad and vegetables.
Mix this with a lot of water & exercise and you'll lose weight.
The nice thing about this is that you never are hungry because you have the snacks.
It won't happen overnight but you'll lose weight pretty fast.
Good luck.

Yes, you can and I am so proud of you for wanting to. Just keep yourself on a sensible diet plan that allows you to get the proper levels of proteins, carbohydrates. Just don't deprive yourself of foods because the weight you lost will come back.
Limit yourself to something like one dessert a week, avoid all sodas, and start drinking a lot of water. Don't eat anything after 8 p.m. because that automatically goes into storage in your fat cells.
Do some form of light exercise until you have gained enough strength to do more strenuous exercises. Any form of dancing to music will be a good exercise for you to begin with.
Try eating fruit before lunch (not after) and get yourself on foods high in fiber as well.
I know you can do this. Just don't starve yourself.

Having had a weight problem all my life I hear you. At one point I was 250 lbs. 5 yrs ago I finally sad enough of this. I was getting older & the fear of my health was my motive. Smaller meals, More often. I ate a little of most everything. I made myself walk out of the store with no junk food. That was hard. But I did it. Fruit became my snacks. I changed to whole wheat product. That made a big difference Got rid of white flour, white rice etc. out of the house. You won't believe how that helped. Low fat milk & diary products. Milk with my meals, fills you up & good for you. Even diet drinks I got rid of. Replaced juice & water. 11/2 yrs. later I lost 100 lbs. Every lb I lost I patted my own back. This was for me I did this. By eating this way I have kept the weight off for 5 yrs. Slow going but it worked. Good luck.

replace the hamburger with something else, like fruit and yoghurt. Burgers have too lots fat and sugar ("empty energy"). Use multivitamins to compensate the micronutrients which you are not getting from a weightloss foodstuff recurring. Weigh your self each and on a daily basis and use loose on line calculators to verify how lots to eat as a manner to lose 2 kilos each and every week. circumvent sugar because of the fact it will make you in basic terms hungrier afterwards. Use caffeine to experience greater lively in the process the day as you physique has a tendency to grow to be in any different case lazy whilst starved.

I lost over 50 pounds on an anxiety medication called colonopian. It worked wonders and the pounds just shedded right off! Anxiety about our weight causes your metabolism to drop and you can't loose weight. Its a vicious little cycle. Go get some anti-anxiety (not anti-depressant) meds from your doctor.
