It depends how much you want to lose. I don't think you should try to lose more than 10 pounds. I think you could healthily (if that is even a word) lose 10 pounds by new years. Instead of eating 3 meals a day eat 6 or 7 but a lot smaller. For example a smoothie for meal one, meal two is a muffin. Know what i mean? Also start with a goal you know you can do for exercising so that you don't end up frusterated and give up. For example go to the gym 3 times a week for 30 mins. Increase the time and frequency you go per week. So the second week perhaps you go 3 times for 35 or 40 mins. Alrighty hope this helps. I know you can do it! Just don't lose too much....where you are now is a healthy weight! so is 10 pounds lighter! All the best!! :D

You could do it. It's not that hard, and New years is a times away.
Take up jogging, @ leat 30 mins per day.
Eat good, count calories in your foods if you can. Don't go above or below 1200 a day.
You should lose 1-2 lbs. a week w/ this plan, maybe even more,
Oh and I MUSTY inform you of this:
Buy some Raw organic Apple Cider Venigar (Bragg's- only 2.50 per bottle) and take 1tbsp in 8oz of water before each meal, and you will lose weight so fast along w/ a healhy diet and exercise.
The venigar eats away fat cells and they don't return.

About 125 IS realistic, but that would mean you would have to work REALLY hard. By that, I mean, watch your portion sizes, eat healthier foods, eat more veggies and fruits and whole grains, drink a LOT of water, and exercise at LEAST a half an hour each day. A more realistic goal if you don't want to work so hard would brobably be 135.
Hope I helped.
Good luck!!

Why do you want to lose weight? That's about normal weight for your height.
But if you would like to lose weight, even being at normal status, try running about 3 miles a day, it may seem like a lot, but it isn't. Or do what you think your body can handle.
Exercising isn't always the answer.
