Most any place that sells small kitchen appliances will have pressure cookers.
Wal-Mart, Sears, Target, Kohl's...you can even shop online. I found listings on ebay.
Shopzilla.com has pages of sites for stores that sell pressure cookers, too.

Sears Wal Mart Kmart A local hardware store? Most supermarkets sell jars & lids, so pressure cookers must be pretty available. Else the other parapenalia would be worthless & not on sale.

Any of the places already mentioned will have one, but if you can, find a mom-and-pop hardware store. The employees at places like that always know what they're doing and are (usually) friendly. Plus, you'll be helping to save the world from Wal-Mart! :)
