Nothing wrong with 31",

you will put on weight as you get older, its inevitable. The saying bellys gonna get you is true. But if you can post on here, you could just as easilly do some exercise, its something you have to do through your whole life so go for a run, do situps, invest in some excercise equipment which although costs up front is cheaper than gym membership long term.

I can't afford the gym either and I really don't want to spend money there anyway so go run outside. Get a workout tape and do it at home. I do mine in my basement. No matter what regime you end up doing you have to stick with it none of this "just can't get back into it" crap! Your not a fatty at 31" but if you want fast results I highly recommend pilates. Advanced Circle Workout with Mauri Windsor. Slim and trim in no time.

I have had the same problem but I only stopped giving to the gym for 3 weeks and put on half a stone :-( For the last 3 days I have eaten nothing but homemade soup, carrot & orange, vegetable & pulses, potato & leek and tomorrow I am making tomato & basil, it is cheap to make, takes next to no time and is very tasty. Don't add cream, only vegetable or chicken stock and fresh herds, in three days I have lost 3lb... not a longterm solution but a good kick start. Good luck chick xx

just exercise at home then, some sit ups and some walking or jogging should do the trick, and seen as though you used to go to the gym I thought you have a bit of common sense to realise that

I no it is winter but walk as much as you can.
watch what you are eating and drinking obviously have more fruit n veg, less fried food, sweets, crisps n chocalate, drink loads of water, ditch bad carbs , white bread and cakes in favour of wholemeal and brown bread, pasta and rice.
Change from full fat dairy products to skimmed ones
Cut your portion sizes by 1/3
