What do you mean "sleep with" are you talking about sleeping with them which is intercourse, or just laying by them?

If your talking about the first one then yeah you have to be in love with them or else you are called a **** our a whore, for a guy it makes them a man whore. You never know what that person might say to other people about you and how you were.

No, you don't have to be in love to sleep with someone, obviously.

But, for me, I enjoy sex that much more because my husband and I are in love, respect one another and are in a monogamous relationship.

Sadly, they did a study and found that we spend more time picking out a pair of shoes then we do deciding who we are going to sleep with.

So, no, love is not required, just makes things special.

In my old days, no. But then I met a man that I fell in love with and who loved me more then I thought anyone ever would and it changed my whole perspective on sex. It's so much better when you do it with love between the sheets.

Why no!!! I know it is right to say that you should be in love w/ someone before sleeping w/ them, but lets be adult and honest here....sometimes it all about a physical release.
