Whether your too skinny will depend on your height. Some people are just small and that's ok. If you are eating a healthy diet then I wouldn't worry they are probably just jealous. If you eat a lot and can't seem to gain weight and if you have diarrhea a lot you might want to go to the doctor you could be having trouble absorbing fat. But if you aren't having any problems I'd say just keep eating healthy and ignore those people.

As long as you are healthy, and not suffering from low self-esteem from looking skinny. If you are trying to put on more flesh, that's a different story. Many books would recommend taking up weight training and proper diet plans. Of course, always consult a doctor before making any changes to your lifestyle...
Apart from wrist size, you should really consider proportionality.

If you eat regularly and always feel good, then you're healthy. You just have really good genetics. Look at Angelina Jolie, she's a stick - look at her wrist - but she is considered the world's sexiest woman right now. You might be "too skinny" right now, but you'll be thanking your genetics when your 40+ years old.

It all depends on your age, height and frame...if you are of Asian origin, your family is slender, eat more vegies or healthy food than junk food and not getting sick all the time... you're ok... but ask your doctor to be on the safe side

I have the same problem I have to tell people to shut up a lot. It has taken me showing people pictures of my parents when they were younger (they were also "twigs") to lay off of me. Just consider yourself lucky.

You're maybe a little too skinny or way too young for me... but give it until you're 40 or so, and get back to us on this problem.

I think thats like 90Lbs. So depending on how tall you are, thats pretty skinny. As long as your healthy, who cares what they say. Better to be skinny, then FAT
