I have been dating this guy for about 4 months but have been together with him for about 6 and i am now pregnant with his kids and they are twins!We are young and in love and i want to show him that i do appreciate him anyway that things are a little chaotic. If anyone has ideas for me to show him that the love is strong....simple sayings...(plus seeing im far in the pregnancy we can't be sexually active so any ideas for that)...little things..???

Many guys will agree that simply telling them how much you appreciate them is enough. My fiance has often told me that all he wants for his birthday/Christmas, etc, from me is a hug and an I Love You.
You could also make him dinner, if you can cook. The fastest way to a man's heart is through his stomach. :-)
Don't listen to the man who says to use a hot tub. They are very dangerous when you're pregnant. I'm sure you know that, just reminding.

Wait a sec. You've been 'together with him' for 6 months, but only 'dating' for 4 months? What do you call that extra two months of time if not dating? Messing around?
As for showing him you appreciate him, leave him love notes around the house. That always works well.

You could:
*Write a poem
*Get a box, and put a bunch of items that represent little inside jokes between you too. To let him know you remember all that little stuff.
*Write a letter telling him how much you love him and why, and mail it to him, or if you live 2gether mail it to your house and let him get the mail.
*Use something of his with meaning and make it into something he can display proudly.
(example: my husband works on a race team and collects all these parts from when the cars wreck, and it drives me up the wall, but to show him that I am proud of him for going after his dreams, I turned one of the parts into a light and hung it on the wall in his game room, where he displays all his race stuff.)

well apparently you are not more than 6 months pregant and if you want to still have sex it is possible unless you have some physical problems with your pregnancy if you do then by all means consult your doctor before doing thsi

Try little things like having dinner planned for him when he gets home. When you are out get him a little something you know he will enjoy like a cheap movie, fav chocolate bar something small.

Little things, little cards about how happy you are scattered about his house or wherever he may find them. That always puts a smile on my face, maybe him too.

You can be sexually active during preg.....maybe a slow night alone with a bottle of wine and some TV or a hot tub...

make him a special dinner and sex in pregnancy is normal and sometimes more rewarding if your doc said you couldn't im sorry otherwise why not. touching is always good
