How Do I get the Scribus (freeware dektop publishing program)site to open?

Question

I do not understand what is happening: I am trying desperately to download the latet version of Scribus, the free desktop publishing phenomenon. No matter what I try,
I get a blank page, and at the lower left, above start, the word: "done". Could someone help me? I unbocked the popup blocker, and McAfee (my security suite) has never blocked anything without notifying me. Could my server block this? If so, Why? I NEED HELP!!!!!! The url is: www.scribus.net
