i dont understand how it is possible to get out of a good 2 year relationship and be dating someone else 2 weeks later . . . we broke up for no reason because she "wanted to date around" and was dating basically the first guy that showed interest 2 weeks later . . . .they are still together now but she has been calling/texting/emailing me every 1,2,3 weeks atleast but i have not answered anything from her since june and she is still doing it . . . . is this guy a rebound? and what is going on, why is she trying to contact me like this?

She's trying to be nice and stay friends, although it is the wrong thing to do. It's obvious that she broke up with you because she already had someone she was interested in, and wanted to go for it. It's possible she is trying to have her cake and eat it too. I would personally tell her it's over, and to leave it at that. OVER. No more calls. Just tell her to leave you alone. She is being selfish and not thinking of you.

Variety is the spice of life!!!!
She wants to get a little from you both and maybe even others that may come her way as she goes through life. Nothing wrong with a little of this, a little of that, etc. as long as she uses protection in her journey!!!!

When she said she "wanted to date" around, she already was. The excitement is now over. Now ,you get over her and move on with your life. Find someone else she is out there waiting for you to find her.
