Why would a guy want to talk about other women with you?

Here's the skinny. Me and this guy are friends...at one point in time we kind of messed around, but I knew all along he had a girlfriend. Now that we are past that, and we just hang out, he's always talking about other chicks he would like to date. I told him he was a dog, and how could he talk about other women to me, and he replied because we are friends. I'm cool with him and all, and I'm glad nothing more became of us, but I do think there is a line there of how much we should share with one another as friends. What do you guys think?

Okay. You are friends. If you dont want to hear about other women you may be lying to yurself about how you feel about him. My 2 best friends are men and I have all brothers. It does not bother me in the least to hear them talk about other women. So you may need t re-evaluate. If he is a dog like you say, that should help you decide to keep him as just a friend.If you are just disturbed by the way he talks about women in the negative then you should tell him that that is not cool and that you like him as a friend but if he can't repect that you are a woman and that the things he says offends you, then ya'll might have to chill.

I understand u cause im always out with dudes and we see each other as best friends....You cant blame him because if u were with girls wouldnt u talk about guys....Or he may be puttin in some extra on other girls to make sure hes over u
