Literally translated means either "The new newspapar" or "The new diary",depends on the context. I suppose that it refers mostly to newspaper,daily paper.
"Diario" in Spanish has two meanings:1) newspaper,2)diary( libro).
"El"=the ( for masculine gender)
"nuevo"=new
