You shouldn't be grading if you have to ask that here.and ppl who give you the answer are'nt real smart or their just trying to big note themselves with their knowledge.

Calm down and take a deep breath. The first kihap in ATA's first degree black belt form (ShimJun) is at the 21st move which is after your right double inner forearm block, left upset punch, right upset palm block, left punch, right punch (KIHAP) .The next one is at number 41 which is the left knife hand strike after your back elbow on your left side. Last and certainly not least the final kihap is number 61 which is on your right back elbow before your right knife hand strike. I would recommend if you are having problems with your form at home try getting the DVDs that ATA sells. Talk to your instructor about them. Keep up the hard work!

Ok if you are testing you should know already and should not need help. if you are asking for help because you don't know you should be honest with yourself and your instructor and be humble and say "I am not reading for testing because I do not know my form and would like to test when I know it. remember a Wiseman or woman is always humble.
