poor circulation, blood is too thin, or you smoke. See the doc if you don't smoke. If you do smoke, stop.

Could be poor circulation, or a condition called Raynaud's syndrome, but I doubt it, unless your fingers periodically turn blue in response to cold weather or other cold stimuli...or you could just have cold hands! lol Some people just do and I'm not sure what causes it. But definitely poor circulation is one possible explanation. If you have any other symptoms, such as tingling or loss of sensation in your hands and/or feet, or if you are diabetic (which can lead to poor circulation), get thee to a doctor soon! :) Not something to fool around with. (My mother is diabetic and has poor circulation.) Hope this helped! Here's a link below about Raynaud's syndrome in case you're interested.

My mother always claimed that cold hands meant a warm heart.

Mind you she also claimed that sitting on cold concrete would give you a chill in your kidneys.

I also have cold hands and as far as I understand its caused by poor circulation. I have low blood pressure as well and this causes reduced flow of blood to the extremeties
