Sure can ---

Arrange slices in rows, across pan (cookie sheet) with fat edges slightly overlapping lean edges.

Bake 375 deg. without turning 15-25 minutes until bacon is slightly crisp. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Drain or skim off excess fat at needed. Drain thoroughly on paper towels.

For a convection oven use 325 deg.

I always do now, cuts way down on the mess and hassle. I use two metal 9X13 pans, and line them with parchment paper (could use foil, I guess). Oven temp at 350 degrees F. Lay out the bacon slices, with the fattier side to the edge of the pan. I overlap them, because they shrink anyway. After about 15 min, take out of the oven, drain off the grease, and move around and flip the bacon. Check every 15 min or so, moving and turning them. Leave some grease in so they get crispy if that's what you like.
Easy cleanup, take out the bacon and put on paper towels to drain, leave the pans for the grease to solidify on the parchment, then fold up and chuck. Easy-peasy. I never fry or use the nuker anymore!

Yes you can cook in oven, Microwave or even broiler, but that might get messy.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place a rack inside a baking sheet. Lay out slices and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on desired doneness level. Voila! Crispy bacon with no curls.

I've used a broiling pan, has a flat surface with slits to let the fat drip through to a shallow pan. Such a pan used to come with all electric ovens and it used to be built-in to the gas ovens, located underneath the flame flue on the bottom. Set the oven on broil. Best way to do a big portion of bacon.

Sure. Actually its better in a microwave. Place several layers of absorbant towels on a plate and layer bacon on towels. Just keep an eye on it cause it cooks fast.

Even better, they sell these microwaveable bacon racks for cooking bacon in a microwave. I heard they work just fine also.

yes you can.
Methad:
lay your sliced bacon on a cookie sheet and put in the oven at a temerature of about 375.
this method of doing bacon keeps it nice and straight, not all curled up.
I do however take it out and finish it in a pan on top of stove.

sure, I like to use my stoneware bar pan. it catches all the grease and helps to season the stone helping to make it non-stick.
