paracetamol do not affect you when you have alcohol apart from speeding up the process....if you have had none for 2 days you will be fine...stop worrying and go and enjoy yourself

It should not be a problem, just remeber do not take more than 2 tablets at once (2x 500mg) and not more than 8 tablets in 24 hours and aviod all other products containing paracetamol.

If you're feeling ok then yes. not much problems mixing panadol and alcohol. Both damage your liver if taken in excessive amounts. if you're having a few drinks then it will be safe to do so. you're taking no other medication I presume. Drink plenty of water at the end of the night or during it as well as the alcohol. If you're not feeling well, I wouldn't advise you to drink, for your own comfort. Have a good time anyway.

Yes - Just don't have paracetamol at the same time as alcohol or you will be sick again...!

paracetamol is another generic name for Tylenol. You should be fine. Just don't take it hours before or after consuming alcohol.
