a mixture of soca and parang. find out what those two r 1st. then u'll know what the combination is all about. i would tell u but i would have to write a book. listen to the music. it's played around christmas time in trinidad and tobago. unlike the american slow and calm christmas carols. soca parang is up beat like it's nation of origin and like it's people. it's happy music and makes u just want to dance and join with friends and family for christmas. it's about enjoying and celebrating the birth of christ. see? if i continue, u'll have a published book. lol. but it's no doubt music that represents the culture of our nation. it's happy, joyful, welcoming and upbeat.
