you can download it from places like limewire or bearshare, but sometimes the programs do not work well, my sister finally had to go and buy it used off of ebay, but that is expensive.

An excellent, and also free, alternative to Photoshop is available for downloading on the internet. It's called "Paint.Net", and is open source. It's available to download and read about at the below link. Good luck.

I believe they offer a downloadable copy.
Any free copies you find on the Internet are almost certainly illegal counterfeit copies. By using an illegal copy, you are putting yourself at risk for prosecution.

its adobe photoshop i dont think you can download it through the internet but you can install it by buying the cd
