sounds lieka great idea- it's about time you leave your parents but- you will need about $1,00-$1300 to lvie on your own for rent and utility bills depedning what area you move in can you aford that?

Dealing with people and landlords
Managing money
Purchasing furniture to suit your taste and budget
Being an adult
Responsible for others domain for thirty days and knowing you can do without holes in the wall, doors torn off, writing on wall, plugged toilet or drains...
Keeping a place clean
Yeah, I think it is a very good idea if you outgrew your mom and dad......The situation would be that you are their friend and grown up son/daughter

It's a great choice. You gain a lot of independence and more life experience when you move out. Plus you'll only have to worry about your neighbors hearing you instead of you "rents when girls come over.

of course get your own place,your too damn old to be living at home anyway unless you have some phisical dissabilitys or some meltal imparement of somesort, give your parents there privacy back so they can enjoy what life they have left dude,,,,,,,,,,
