Exodus 21:22 says: "If men who are fighting hit a pregnant woman and she gives birth prematurely [ Or she has a miscarriage ] but there is no serious injury, the offender must be fined whatever the woman's husband demands and the court allows."

So the worth of a fetus is whatever a woman's husband thinks it is (may be nothing, there's no rule saying that the husband must fine anything).

OK Biblical yes every life has value! Scientifically life starts at the point of when the zygote has split from 1 cell into 2 and then 4 and so one! in Psalms 139:15-16 says: "You know me inside and out, You know every bone in my body; You know exactly how I was made, bit by bit, how I was sculpted from nothing into something." 16-"You saw me before I was born and scheduled each day of my life before I began to breath. everyday was recorded in your book!" So yes a fetus has value and life!

"So it is not the will of your Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones perish. (Matt 18:14)
