OK...so im on creatine, omegas, aminos, No explode etc etc... my workout is every other day (strength) and I do 5x5's 5 sets of 5 reps with 80% of weight I can do, I typically do 5-7 types of exercises, then I do 2x2 of my max, then i go back and (try) to do my 5x5's once more..I quit when I cant do anymore..my workout is typically 1.5 hrs. I also walk 5 miles 3-4 times a week, do my abs 3-4 times a week ...
how many calories am i burning in doing all this? specifically the weight training.....
