It worked for me. I would go to bed earlier at night - like 8:30. No TV (because I would eat mindlessly). I just took an Ambien and knocked myself out until the morning. No nighttime eating!

mmm no i heard that ur only supposed to sleep at night at 9' o clock and that if u sleep during the day u wont sleep at night making u eat at night which isnt good cuz ur not doing anything to work it off

instead of sleeping where everything slows down why not just exercise when you feel like snacking? it takes up your time and decreases appetite temporarily... you can do anything like go for a jog or dance in your room or whatever!
