I have added this great product to my diet called ViaViente. It is one of those 100% natural, whole food juices. However, this one has actually been clinically proven (Miami Research Associates) to lower blood pressure, heart rate, blood sugar (among many other ailments). It has helped me tremendously with my blood pressure. After trying several dietary changes, high-cardio work-outs, I gave up until my personal trainer suggested I try it. My blood pressure is normal for the first time in my life (I'm 39). It normalized just after 3 weeks..it's been 3 months now and it is now at a stable 110.
I also met this woman who is on an insulin pump. She went from pumping 150 units of insulin to currently only 38 units of insulin since adding ViaViente to her diet. She also had a heart attack at 21, suffered from various health issues and was on 10 different medications. She is now off of 9 of the 10 medications...the insulin is her last one.
ViaViente has helped many others in my family combat a myriad of ailments (i.e. my wife used to be on 3 allergy medications...not on any now). Anyway, drinking 4 ounces a day is equivalent to 20 servings of fruits and veggies. I can only make the recommendation and hopefully you will try it.
Please visit www.viabenefits.com for hundreds of testimonials on how ViaViente helped with high blood pressure, diabetes..and I think there may have been some testimonials by some who have gout.

When I was diagnosed with high blood pressure about 14 years ago the first question the doctor asked me 'what age did your parents die'. They were both still alive at the time, my dad was 88 and my mum was 78. I have never ever taken salt with or on my meals, it is something I have always done and yet I have high blood pressure, so I really do not think that salt has anything to do with it. I could be wrong of course as I am not a medical person, all I know is that I never take salt with anything. I have to take tablets for the rest of my life now and I have to be honest I do not feel any different on the tablets or off them.

she can cure her diabetes with Ayurvedic drugs from India, all natural and no toxicity. Perhaps improve her BP & gout, too. go to Ayurvediccure.com or ayurhelp.com
Always consult an AyurvedicVaidya for these problems. Shame on you - you are Indian - & you should know better than to trust a n allopathic MD

She may do better on a more vegetarian diet and she will benefit if she could go to a nutritionist. But tell her to avoid eating soy products like the plague: they really messed me up.
There are all sorts of sites on the internet for diabetes and diet.
She can have Egg Beaters or Egg Substitutes, skim milk, vegetables and fruits, whole grains.

Diabetes is usually treated through a combination of diet (low sugar), exercise and medications/insulin. Milder cases can be controlled with just diet an/or exercise while more severe cases require meds or insulin as well.
