Regular salad. Ceasar dressing has a high sodium content. It also depends on what you put on the regular salad. Healthiest is some lemon juice and olive oil, very tasty.

Depends what you are putting on the regular salad. Cesar salad is consistently thought to be higher in fat and calories but they do make light dressing which can help.
If you are having a regular salad you're fine if you stick with all veggies, lay off the croutons, cheese, ham, use a light or fat free dressing or a vinaigrette and you'll be OK.

It's all about the dressing! That's what makes one healthier than the other - plain salad ingredients are terribly healthy, but if we use fatty dressing, the salad becomes not so.

Regular. Ceasar has dairy (fat/cholesterol) and anchovie paste (high salt content). Eat regular salad with low fat dressing or just a little oil/vinegar.

its not the salad its the dressing on the salad. Ceasar salad dressing has mostly calories from fat, try vinegrette dressing.

Well, a regular salad usually has more variety of veggies in it, so that's healthy. But both can have a very high fat dressing, so use the dressing judiciously.

Regular. Creamier dressings have more fat. Of course clear dressings have fat as well, so it's a good idea not to overdo it with ANY dressing!

It depends. If you're asking dressing, then it's a simple oil and vinegar dressing. If not, it just depends what you put in it.
