situation is that she is working with me for last 2months. she is 4,5 year older then me(she is single with no kids). we had kind of sexual tension but we didnt speak about this. but yesterday she said that u dont even like me. what does this mean. does she like me or no.

This means that she wished you liked her but she is not sure if you do. You say there is some sexual tension, she has probably picked up on it too and she is interested. But the way that you've acted with her has made her think that you're not really interested in her. Maybe you haven't talked to her enough or maybe have acted a bit shy around her.
If you do like her then you definitely have a chance. Flirt with her a bit more and go over and chat to her whenever you have a chance.
If you don't fancy her then just back off and don't talk to her for awhile (you don't have to ignore her though). She will just think she is right to think that you don't like her.

It means she thinks you don't like her - you may fancy her, but do you like her as a person? do you think she is clever or interesting or funny or kind? If you can forget sex for a moment, what do you see in her?
I am afraid your question - "does she like me or not" - suggests that you are only interested in her feelings about you, not in her as a person. And she has sensed that too. It sounds as if she is not just older than you but a lot more mature as well. If you want to have a relationship with her, then you are going to have to invest some time getting to know her as a person before getting her into bed!

To tell if she likes you is hard! As for the comment she made from my experiences she just wants to get you to like her! Some girls get a kick out getting guys to like them it gives them a sence of being wanted. You should be straight with her and dont play those games. Say anything thats on your mind!!

She wants reassurance, that's all. By saying that, she is basically saying she wants more, and that friendship alone is not enough.
At least that is how I would interpret it. Nibble her ears, kiss the back of her neck and see what response you get then! I bet it will be positive.
