I'm fine with hearing sorry, I mean I'd rather he not have to say it, but sorry is ok.
What I CAN'T stand, is when he pulls excuses out of thin air as to why he did this and why he did that.
First of all, no excuses are needed and I don't really care to hear them, so don't even go there, and secondly, really... do you honestly think I don't know you're just pulling excuses out of your butt! sheesh!
But I hate for anyone, not just guys, to do this.

Sorry, it won't happen again.
I hate that. If you are sorry, it's implied that you wouldn't do it again. And, if I have to hear that about the same bad behavior more than once, you weren't sorry....because you did do it again.

"I'm Sorry." I don't like hearing that because to me, you have to show me in the future that you won't do it again. Words only have as much meaning as you give them.

"my bad" or "sorry but...." i hate when people try to justify their mistakes. or when people just say sorry and expect that to instantly make the problem disappear.
