Strange, you now have three children and a husband but on previous questions five days ago (when you were 19) you decided to go on a second date, which was a hard decision since your father has been pushing you to continue a career with horses. In your date dilemma with the 24 year old, you made no mention of your husband or your three children.

If you're going on dates with other people, I can understand why you feel your husband would get fed up of you!

Having read other peoples' answers, I am unsure as to whether or not this is a genuine question but for the benefit of anyone who actually wants to know...breastfeed, don't diet because the quality of your breastmilk won't be good enough, and maybe some light exercise. If your husband would leave you over a little bit of weight, gained bringing his child into the world, he's not the sort of man you want to be having children with in the first place. As a mother, your primary concern should be your children and their wellbeing and not something as superficial as your looks. It took 9 months for that weight to be gained, and could take at least that long to lose it. Furthermore, be thankful you can even have kids; some people would love to be in your situation.

Some people lose it quickly and others don't. I weighed 11 stone before I fell pregnant - quite slim as I'm tall. I gained around 4 stone and still 3 stone heavier than I used to be before I had my baby boy. He is now 6 months and i've lost hardly any weight. Whereas some people are very slim quickly after having a baby. Just think to yourself it took 9 months to gain it, so 9 months or more to lose it.

I too had alot of trouble losing the baby weight.I lost most of it within the first month because of breast feeding-then I gained most of it back and nothing would take it off.I am pregnant with baby #2 due in February and when I get the ok from the doc-I am going to work out a minimum of 3 times a week and not eat anything after 8pm etc.Hopefully it will work!I too feel unattractive because I know my body used to look really good.

Eat lots of fruits and veggies. Exercise 3-5 times a week. Watch fat and calorie intake. They say it takes as long to lose the weight as it did to gain it and the older you get the harder it is to lose the weight. You must follow a strict diet and you must exercise I am having the same problem. My son is 3 months and I lost all but 30 lbs of the weight I gained and it just does not want to come off. Dieting is hard and can suck but if you really stick with it you will see results. If your husband is rude about your weight you dont need him. He has no idea what your body has been through.

you had twins at the age of 13? nice.

Have you been breast feeding? exercising? Your metabolism probably has slowed a bit, especially if this is your second pregnancy. At 18 you should still be able to drop it I would think. just work hard and if your husband doesn't love you the way you are, then i'd find a new husband.

Try green tea capsules They helped my loose my baby fat. You can buy the at any health food store.

And your husband shouldn't leave you because a liitle bit of extra weight form carrying his child if he does your better off. Lose it for you before anyone else.

Good Luck.

Lauz
Pamela seems to have some other concerns about you - perhaps weight gain is not your real problem...
