I really like him and want him to notice me i need some advise.

If you really, really, REALLY like him, ask him what he thinks about yor friend... if he says she's just a friend, he might be interested in you and trying to get closer to you through your friend... if he says he likes her... you'll find someone you'll LOVE! ;)
BUT DON'T CHASE HIM, OK? ...let him do that, to have his fun... and for you to have yours..
