I think my kitten is pregnant but she's really young and there's 4 male cats around here. I've never seen them actually doing the deed but I don't watch everything she does when she's outside.

Hi, I have 2 kittens myself and I just got them about 5 weeks ago. I got them from 2 different people so they are not related and I thought they were both girls but when I brought them to the vet I found out I had a boy and a girl... go figure huh? Well needless to say I dont want any little babies from them so the vet told me to get them fixed when they turn 4 months old because they can have babies at 4 months. I already have my appointment made. My kittens are about 12 weeks now. I hope this helps.

cats normally reach sexual maturity at 4-10 months (females) and to 5-7 months (males). if your kitten is at least 3 months old, get her spayed immediately. If you cannot afford the surgery, many county animal control programs/humane societies offer low cost or free spay/neuter programs. Look this up under animal control or call your local ASPCA or large pet store (like Petco)
If you keep your kitten indoors, she will live longer too.
In captivity, indoor cats typically live 14 to 20 years, though the oldest-known cat lived to age 36. Domestic cats tend to live longer if they are not permitted to go outdoors (reducing the risk of injury from fights or accidents and exposure to diseases) and if they are spayed or neutered. Some such benefits are: neutered male cats cannot develop testicular cancer, spayed female cats cannot develop ovarian cancer, and both have a reduced risk of mammary cancer.

I've had a cat to get pregnant right under a year old. I think it's something like 9 months. Get her spayed NOW though. I think you can do that at 6 months.

well, cats could become pregnant at the age of 1 year and sometimes younger. You should have her checked by a vet, just incase an unexpected litter IS on the way.

When she is in heat which is 6 months. plus your male cats should be neutered anyways because your female cat could get preganant and die during delivery. even if shes not she could get cancer if she is not spayed.
