Always best to get checked out by gp.
I had glandular fever 6 yrs ago and i haven't been the same since. I get run down easily, tired lots and always seem to have something minor wrong with me. Chat to your GP about it, some Gps unfortunately aren't that good with situations like this, but do persist, its your body and you know it best. It may be that you have chronic fatigue.
There's no point trying to guess what's wrong with you as there are so many conditions that have tiredness as a symptom. Go to your GP, have a chat and ask for a full blood count, lots can told from a simple blood test.
You could also try vitamin and herbal supplements.
Good luck, hope you feel better soon.

there are a hundred possibilities - one of which is nothing at all you will be pleased to know!
this isnt the best place to get a diagnosis - see your doctor.
if you read too much on the internet or whatever whichout the training to go with it you will end up convinced you have a nasty horrible condition.
if your work is hard and you have been too tired to exercise you will loose motivation to exercise and feel tireder. You will then crave starchy foods, put on weight and feel tireder and get muscle aches... viscious cycle.
therefore....
1) get doctors appointment
2) make yourself exercise and eat healthily in the meantime. - drink plenty of fluids, cut down on starchy snacks and take a brisk walk around the block each evening after work and before dinner :)

You may just be over tired - do you get enough fresh air and water during the working day, and enough sleep at night?
If it's not that, then it's worth asking your doctor to check you for one of the following
* low blood pressure
* underactive thyroid
* diabetes
* anaemia.
Good luck

You should go to the doctors as you may be deficient in something.
Being a veggie you don't always get all the vitamins you need i.e. the things that are found in meat, liver etc
Your diet is probably the answer

Agreeing with the last, it could well be your thyroid, a simple blood test can determine if this is the cause. Similarly, you could be anaemic, a common problem in vegetarians. Again, this can be checked by blood testing.
