Okay this is scary. Why would a 24 year old man want to be with a 14 year old girl...if they are intimate then we are talking statutory rape here. I would stay far away from this guy. I hope this girls parents step up and stop this horror.
As far as whether age matters, I don't believe it matters, so much once you are talking about people in their late thirties and beyond. Below the age of 20 though people still have a great deal of maturing to do.

This man is a pedophile. He's not just playing her, he's probably abusing her (if they're having a physical relationship). I would contact the police and have him investigated for statutory rape.
14 year old girls don't really have the capacity to make informed decisions about getting married in most cases. Her parents should have a major problem with this. Perhaps, if you don't want to go to the police, you could bring it up with them. Chances are, her father could put an end to this if he's a decent guy.

Ummm,
10 years sweety.......Take your cousin and run. If she was 18 or at least 17 it wouldnt look so bad, but thats to much. She's barely even hitting puberty, and has her life ahead of her, but if they really are in love i feel getting married is the wrong thing to do. If he trully loved her he wouldnt have taken her to the marrage part till she turned 18 at best.

Woah! Love can happen to anyone at any age group but he needs to leave her alone for now because she's a bit...not a bit...way too young for him right now. I don't know if he's playing but you should see how he treats her and if he really loves her. Study the way he acts around her. You didn't say how he treats her so there's not much I can say.
