Swimming Laps! It works your whole body...when I was on the swim team I was rock hard all over, but not in a bulky manly way. Try not drinking any pop or coffee and just drink water instead, that really cuts out any extra calories and the water is great for your skin. If you don't have access to a pool, try a pilates dvd, one that is an all over workout. It's tough at first, but you feel great afterwards. It really helped to improve my posture too. Good luck!!

You need to do cardio for 30 mins/3 times a week and also start lifting weight for the same amount of time. I don't know how fast this will work for you, but it's certainly safest. That said, if you have been sedentary, you need to start slowly and probably see a doctor b/f starting anything too drastic. Weights and cardio are the key though (as well as calorie intake) You can manage it all at www.sparkpeople.com. I think it's a great site....I use quite often. They have info but also a great way to track both eating and exercising. Good luck!
