If your dogs aren't fixed, get them fixed ASAP.
If they still do this, buy a belly band. Most pet supply stores carry them and my local petsmart carries some boring ones. You put an absorbent pad of some sort inside the fabric, wrap it around their pee machines and then start the potty training routine over.
It's not uncommon for males to have potty training set backs. It's like they get pee amnesia. Start over with the training, get them fixed, and hopefully the issue will disappear. : )

Neuter them will help this problem. Do so ASAP. Punishing your dogs by "evicting them to thr backyard" doesn't really seem fair since they are only following the instincts they have due to your not neutering them. Keeping your dogs only in the backyard will cause them pyschological problems, as dogs are pack animals and want to be part of your pack.

Get both of the neutered. Only intact males will start the habit of marking.
Secondly, crate train them. They stay in their crate, then come out and go straight outside to relieve themselves, then they come in for playtime and after awhile go back in the crate for an hour, or overnight if it is nightime.
