I've never heard of winning someone's soul... the heart is a hard enough challenge... Is the problem that he's plays with girls you DON'T like, or that he plays with girls at all? How exactly does he play with them? Nevermind.. You seem young, you have enough time to figure the love game out, for now you should focus on yourself. Education is always a good start.. Good luck.
