no, at least not among ashkenazic jews (european descent, about 80% of jews). the rabbis passed edicts forbidding it a very long time ago. in some sephardic communities (iberian and sometimes arabic and persian descent) there are no rabbinical laws against it but i don't know if they actually do it.

Polygamy is permitted in the Torah, although not recommended and generally discouraged. Basically, a man would have to be exceedingly wealthy to be able to have more than one wife under Torah law.

That said, the practice was rabbinically forbidden to European Jews over 1000 years ago. Additionally, any Jew who lives in a country where polygamy is forbidden, must follow the local law in that case.

The only modern cases of Jewish polygamy occurred amongst some Jews who live or lived in Arab lands where polygamy is still commonly practiced among the Arabs. Jewish law never forbade them and some chose to do it.

According to biblical law, yes (See Deuteronomy 21), but a great Rabbi around 1000 CE outlawed it. And it's a Rabinnic sin.

It is not practiced any longer in Judaism but according to the Torah, if I remember correctly off the top of my head, it is not a sin unless you marry two sisters.
